About Us
Mother of Pearl is a Champagne & raw bar from Michelin-starred chef Joshua Gil. The ingredient-driven menu features sustainable seafood specialties and creative dishes, such as hearts of palm leche de tigre and spiny lobster and egg salad tea sandwiches topped with California caviar, which showcase the love of “tradition, reinterpreted" that has earned Gil widespread acclaim at his Beverly Hills hotspot Mírate. In addition to a curated list of French Champagnes, the bar will offer other bubbles, craft cocktails and fresh pressed juices in a garden terrace-like setting. Join us al fresco and raise a glass to spectacular sunset views.
